Contest categories

F-1. Object (photos of advertised goods, still life photography: food & drinks, goods for home and family, office equipment, communication facilities etc.)  Portrait photography.
F-2. Interior & landscape (furniture, interior design, architecture, picture postcard etc.).
F-3. Model (advertising with people and animals, including magazine cover, fashion-story).

 
Criteria of entries’ evaluation by jury members:
  • Photo-work accordance with advertising idea.
  • Quality of conception’s realization.
 
Contest participation cost per one entry:
  • payment made till 31.03.2007 – 20 EUR
  • payment made till 22.04.2007 – 25 EUR
  • payment made after 22.04.2007 - 30 EUR


Entries technical requirements

Contest materials are admitted:

To be placed in an e-catalogue of the Festival entries and for jury online evaluation there has to be an e-version of the entry in *.jpg, *.gif files, 72dpi, RGB:

  • small picture (preview) – horizontal side can’t be more than 200 pixels - must contain picture of advertising  model with the using of the contest photo;
  • big – horizontal side can’t be more than 700 pixels - presents directly a contest photo.
    (These files must be a part of contest application and lay out directly on the Festival’s website).
 To be accepted for jury
  • the entries should be presented as a direct contest photo in a À4 format or in original size (in a file);
  • and as an advertising model (poster) with the using of contest photo.
    (on the back side of an entry must be indicated the work’s title and contest category without indicating(!) of participant’s name)
To be demonstrated in the exposition (for a choice)
 
  • the entries should be presented as a direct contest photo in a À4 format or in original size (in a file);
  • and as an advertising model (poster) with the using of contest photo
    (In a right down corner of substrate face should be indicated contest category, the work’s title the same as in application and participant’s name)
And one more:
  • TIFF file on CD disk, 300 dpi, CMYK, the longest side can’t be more than 40 sm.
    Entry title must be the same as its title in contest application.
    All contest graphic works of one participant should be recorded on the same CD with indicated contest category, the work’s title and participant’s name on packing

    The non-residents can lay out contest entries made with observance of technical requirements directly on the Festival’s website in the same time with infilling  of contest application.

All post and delivery expenses are paid by the sender.

Dead-line:
- for applications’ registration is April 22, 2007
- for allocation of all entries is May 10, 2007
- payments should be submitted till May 10, 2007
