N-1. Billboard constructions, gas stations (separately standing advertising construction)
N-2. Buildings, signs, roofs
N-3. Transport
 
Criteria of entries’ evaluation by jury members:

-         advertising idea originality;
-         quality of conception’s realization;
-         construction’s performance complexity.
 
The cost of one entry participation:
  • payment made till 31.03.2007 – 30 EUR
  • payment made till 22.04.2007 – 40 EUR
  • payment made after 22.04.2007 - 60 EUR

Entries technical requirements

Contest materials are admitted:
 
To be placed in an e-catalogue of the Festival entries and for jury online evaluation there has to be an e-version of the entry in *.jpg, *.gif files, 72dpi, RGB:
  • small picture (preview) – horizontal side can’t be more than 200 pixels
  • big – horizontal side can’t be more than 700 pixels, 72dpi, RGB.
    (These files must be a part of contest application and lay out directly on the Festival’s website).
    It is acceptable according to conditions of this contest, that the small picture of entry is not identical to big, if one of them presents the photo of the real object of the outdoor advertising at daily illumination, and other – in the evening time .
To be accepted for jury :
  • colour A4 prints (photos) with image of next real objects:  photo of outdoor as an element of building’s architecture or city environment; night (evening) time photo with highlight.
    (on the back of an entry must be indicated it name and contest category without indicating(!) of participant’s name).
To be demonstrated in the exposition
  • colour A4 prints (photos) with image of next real objects:  photo of outdoor as an element of building’s architecture or city environment; night (evening) time photo with highlight (two copies), placed on a black A3 format substrate
    (In a right down corner of substrate face should be indicated contest category, the work’s title the same as in application and participant’s name )

And one more:

  • TIFF file on CD disk, 300 dpi, CMYK, the longest side can’t be more than 40 sm.
    Entry title must be the same as its title in contest application.
    All contest graphic works of one participant should be recorded on the same CD with indicated contest category, the work’s title and participant’s name on packing

    The non-residents can lay out contest entries made with observance of technical requirements directly on the Festival’s website in the same time with infilling  of contest application.

All post and delivery expenses are paid by the sender.

Dead-line:
- for applications’ registration is April 22, 2007
- for allocation of all entries is May 10, 2007
- payments should be submitted till May 10, 2007
