Entering the Kiev International Advertising Festival 2007 competition is open to all agencies, advertisers, clients, design or production houses, TV houses, media or other parties involved in creation or production of marketing communication registered in the following countries: Albania, Austria, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Malta, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan
Thus the contests of the Interactive advertising, Ambient media, Media projects are opened for the participants from countries worldwide.
Works published or represented in the mass-media, representing advertising campaigns or embodied in other form (accepted by the client) during January 2006 – April 2007 inclusive are accepted except entries of the previous Kiev International Advertising Festivals.
Terms of applications’ registration and entries’ presenting - from February 12 to to April 22 2007.
Participation in the Festival is possible in following ways:
- Accreditation of representatives for all events and submission of entries.
- Accreditation of representatives only without submission of entries.
- Submission of entries without accreditation.

Registration of entries for the competition and accreditation, and also loading of entries’ e-versions should be directly accomplished on the KIAF website.
