Big Jury
It evaluates such contests as: TV and cinema spots, print, outdoor billboards and posters, advertising photography, radio spots from the main program KMFR and the contest of advertising parody from the bonus program.
The members of Big jury work independently of each other, there isn’t discussion of entries, on the evaluation of contest entries one week is taken (7 days).
The entries are evaluated by electronic images. The marks are put in a binary code: in/out, 1/0
Juror can (!) vote for entries, given by agency a juryman works in which, and to evaluate their works.
Each entry gets the certain amount of marks according to the results of voting.
The entries collected 30% and more voices from juror’s voting are considered passing pre-selection. Then Creative Jury examines these entries and determines the winners (prizewinners) of the Festival.
The entries collecting 50% and more voices from juror’s voting are reached the final of KIAF (entering in short-list).
