Entry to category N-1 must be given in the form
- MPEG-2 *.mpg, *.mpeg ", encoded at 8 megabits per second, dimension 720 x 576 pixels
Only files with .mpeg or .mpg extensions and with the right properties will be accepted.
Maximum length of video or presentation is 5 minute
This video presentation of your entry should contain all key elements to best explain the campaign and a simple, clear commentary in English summarizing your entry. If the campaign includes media solutions for TV, press radio etc., they should be included in the presentation.
This video-presentation will be presented to the jury.
The files executed under the given requirement, should loaded on e-Disk of Festival after filling of competitive request.
A request for the access receipt is sent directly from the Festival site.
Entries to category N-2 must be given under technical requirements of appropriate category (TV, print, radio etc). Elements’ common quantity (spots, models etc) in one advertising series can’t be more than seven.
TV series must be under next technical requirements:
in MPEG2 only, *.mpg, *.mpeg ", (data stream (b.r.) – no less than 8 Mb/sec, shot size - 720 x 576)
These files must be indicated: contest category, entry.
Print series must be given in form of colour A4 prints
there has to be an e-version of the entry in *.jpg files, 72dpi, RGB, horizontal side can’t be more than 1200 pixels
A request for the access receipt is sent directly from the Festival site
