General positions
Kiev International Advertising Festival is open for all Ukrainian and foreign admen.
Professional creative people may participate both personally and as legal bodies – representatives of their agencies, publishing houses etc.
Objectives of the Festival:
- Popularization of creative achievements in Ukrainian and foreign advertising
- Improvement of professional level of advertising and promotion of the most successful authors
- Selection of the best works
- Improvement of advertising sphere prestige
- Development of customers’ advertising culture
Participation in the Festival is possible in following ways:
- Accreditation of representatives for all events and submission of entries
- Accreditation of representatives only
- Submission of entries without accreditation

Works published or represented in the mass-media or representing advertising campaigns during January 2004 – April 2005 are accepted except entries of the previous Kiev International Advertising Festivals.
Alternative advertising contest entries are an exception, as they don’t have a client. Media projects contest doesn’t have a validity term as the contest is held for the first time.
Registration of entries for the competition and accreditation should be accomplished on the KIAF website.
Registration form and applications must be completed. All entries must be completed in English language with Ukrainian and Russian languages as an option.
Bills are paid to the Festival (or official representative) account. Payment details
Entries without applications, registration form and payment are not accepted.
Entries, applications and payments should be submitted from February 14 to April 25 2005.
Delivery is at the expense of the sender.

Works may be used by for popularization purposes
Member of the festival guarantees copyright observance and commits himself to solve possible copyright debates.
Winners and prize winners of the Festival may use prizes and diplomas for popularization of their creative work.
